A very comfortable and well located home!

This is a lovely and comfortable home, in a quiet spot but close enough to beaches and other diversions. We had young children with us and they were comfortable and safe in the homes design. We would definitely.comw.again!!

Family vacation week

House is in a great location to many great beaches, restaurants and other fun attractions. Very well equipped for all of our needs especially with kids. We grilled and prepared our own food most meals so it's a great house for sit down meals also. We would definitely stay here again and had a great experience.

Lovely home

This is a lovely, well appointed and comfortable home. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook with the exception of food. Beds are comfortable. The location is central to yarmouth and Hyannis but it is a maze of streets to get to the main roads. The area is quiet and very safe. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great property!

Second time even better than the first

The house is great. 2 living spaces allows for different TV tastes. Kitchen is well furninshed and we cooked at LOT!! Teri is very responsive and a genuinely nice person. This is our second time renting and we will be back!

Perfect vacation rental

The home was more than was expected including; a large finished basement, central air, tasteful and complete furnishings, an outdoor shower, deck and grill. We felt fortunate to have selected such a great home for our stay. It fit all five of us with ease.

Cozy family house in a great spot

This house was a perfect size for my family with two little ones, and my parents who joined us. Lots of room to spread out with the two living areas, the second was far from the bedrooms and great when the littles were asleep. The location was central to lots of activities and while you can’t walk to a beach, we loved being a short bike/scoot from the playground. If you are a savvy biker this is a great launching spot with the bike path out front and rail trail so near. My only improvements to offer would be the kitchen could use a few items to be perfect like a cutting board, baking sheet, and grill tongs. Thanks for a great and much needed vacation!

Very Clean & Well Maintained - Plenty of Room, 2 TV's - Room to speadout

Extremely clean & well maintained house. The picture & descriptions are accurate. 2 full bathrooms. 3 bedrooms - 2 w/queen or full beds & one with twin beds. Nice deck & yard. Peaceful & serene setting. Felt safe here. Bonus room w/ huge TV. Walking path right out front. Would stay here again.

Great vacation home

We have been going to CC for a few years and this is my favorite house so far. It was central to everything we wanted and close to grocery stores and beaches ( via car). The house was clean and the central AC was amazing for the humid Cape cod days. The outside shower was clean and perfect for after the beach. The grill worked well and the backyard was beautiful and well maintained. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. Thank you Terri and Ray

Cape Cod Vacation

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Terri & Rays home (6 adults, three couples). The house is very well kept and has everything you could need. The second living room is a huge plus! It's also centrally located, which is great - close to local beaches, excellent golf courses, kayak & paddle board rentals, mini golf, shops, etc. Love the area and would strongly recommend this rental!

Cape trip

This was my family's 3rd year renting a house on the Cape & this house is by far our favorite. The house is spacious, impeccably clean & decorated nicely. The 2 livingrooms are a huge bonus with having children. The bedrooms were perfect for our family of 5; my two younger children shared the bedroom with the twin beds which worked out perfectly. The grill on the back deck is well maintained & in great condition. The backyard is spacious & the outdoor shower is amazing as well! I can't say enough great things about this property. We would love to come back again next year!

Cape during a pandemic

I had some concerns about traveling during this uncertain time. However, after discussion with the owner, Teri, I felt reassured that the house would be cleaned and safe. We arrived and everything was very clean and immediately made me feel comfortable. The house itself is great. I love to cook, especially in New England with lots of fresh seafood choices. The kitchen is very well stocked including things like a giant lobster pot, butter warmers, clam roaster etc. The house is also very close to both a Stop and Shop and a Shaws. The grill on the back deck was in great shape and the backyard is large and open. Although this trip was just my wife and I there was plenty of room for visitors if we were not in this strange time. I have been renting on Cape Cod for many years and look forward to renting Teri's place next year.

Top vacation rental

House was the best I have ever rented over many yrs. going to the Cape. Clean, fully equipped, all as presented. Only problem was the twin mattresses were not good for any adult....kids sleep on anything. Afte 2 nights trying, my guests slept on 2 sofas. Replacing them with box spring/mattresses would make the house 100%. If that happens, I'll definitely return.

Beautiful home

This home is impeccably clean, spacious yet cozy and very nicely decorated. The 2ed living room was perfect for when the kids wanted to watch their cartoons. Our family had wonderful BBQ super on the patio overlooking the peaceful back yard. The owners were great in answering my questions and promptly responded to my emails. Highly recommended Cape home!!
