Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice place with some caveats

We stayed here 3 nights and it worked out. The location was nice, good size house, clean and the wireless was strong, and the hot water never ran out. Good size rooms but the MB bed is up against the wall, so to get out of bed I needed to crawl over my partner in the middle of the night. The bad, the communication was non-existent. Took days to get a response to emails. I think a company manages the property and not a person. There was an 800 number to call, but even that, you're on hold for about 20 minutes. You do get towels, face cloths and wash clothes but it's not a stocked closet, I think we had a total of 6 towels for our stay, with 4 people. This worked out for 3 nights but if it were anymore, we would have ran out of towels because there is no washing machine on site. The location was good in proximity to attractions and places you needed to go but there was no cell reception, this was solved with turning on Wi-Fi calling on our phones, without Wi-Fi calling turned on, phone calls were tough to make. The light switch for the kitchen is between the fridge, we had to call to ask about the switch. If you rent this house, that's where the kitchen light switch is. :) What I'm listing here are things I wish I knew and I hope it helps if you decide to rent. Overall good experience but there are some caveats.
