The master bedroom with a queen bed is the perfect retreat after a day of adventure including a TV, a window unit air conditioner, and windows that provide a light and airy feel to the room. Bedroom 2 has cozy twin built-in bunk beds and bedroom 3 is complete with 2 more twin beds each bedroom equipped with a window unit air conditioner to keep everyone comfortable.

The full bath, connected to the master bedroom, boasts a shower and ample natural light. A convenient half bath is accessible for the other bedrooms, and the beautiful outdoor shower ensures the whole family can get ready quickly when needed.

With a comfy couch, you can kick back and relax in the open area of the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Fire up the TV and recover from a day of adventures on Cape Cod! The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and more, covering all your basics. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen table and 2 more at the bartop island.

The front patio has an outdoor dining set with an umbrella so you can dine al fresco and enjoy the essence of the friendly neighborhood. Around back, you'll find the brand new cedar outdoor shower with a rain shower head to wash off in the sunshine. There are outdoor games available, or you can curl up with a book in the hammock and enjoy the beautiful weather!


- By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. Also, there is a $200 pet fee.

- Please note that we permit a maximum of 2 dogs on this property, preferably aged 2 years and above.

- Guests must e-sign the property rental agreement in order to receive the access codes to the property.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).
