Was there with family and elderly parents. We all just loved it!! It was just so comfortable and easy while being beautifully decorated. And talk about well stocked!! It was nice not to have to worry about any of the soaps and shampoos and toilet paper. And let me say…we all just loved how comfortable the beds were!! We really enjoyed our stay here. This was my senior dog's last vacation and it was exactly what was needed. He got to watch the geese, sun on the deck, and fall asleep by the fire. The house was as presented and the location was perfect. The humans also loved the hot tub! Just a heads up for those with older pets, there are about 4 stairs front and back to enter the home but they aren't very steep. As a hostess, Aruna was amazing and I would definitely rent from her again!

Adorable little cottage right on the pond. Everything was ready for us when we arrived…. Gorgeous light fixtures, comfortable beds and couches, nice little details everywhere and even a complimentary bottle of wine and fun games to play with our family. Sooo much fun.We enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking with the gear provided. We saw turtles, a muskrat and lots of birds. My son took a nap in the hammock after relaxing in the hot tub.Then at night we enjoyed sitting by the fire and watching the sunset.We highly recommend Sundance cottage for your next getaway.

We’re a family of five and this cottage was perfect for us. We loved the back yard, the view of the lake, the outdoor seating, and hot tub. We definitely spent a lot of our time outdoors. The beds were cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. It was very close to shopping, restaurants, and a beautiful easy ride to the beach. We will definitely go back here!

Simply amazing! Respite achieved! House was clean, quiet, updated and super cozy- beds comfortable (and sheets to die for). Aruna and Joe thought of every detail! They even left treats for the pup! Property was gorgeous and quiet- in a safe snd walkable neighborhood. I loved using the kayak and hammock. Hot tub was clean and a perfect place to watch the sun set. There were minor issues with front door lock and the hot water at one point. Both issues resolved fully-promptly and seamlessly and Aruna and Joe communicated wonderfully. I did not want to leave and will def book again :)

This was our first time in Cape Cod and unsure of where to stay. How lucky we were to find this home. The back yard was perfect for our dog and what a beautiful view of the pond, enjoyed watching the Swans, Ducks and Geese swimming. The home was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

This cottage is nicely updated, with thoughtful amenities galore! The lake setting is quite peaceful and a small sand lake beach less than a 5 min walk away. Many beaches nearby. The hot tub was luxurious.The host, Aruna was fabulous. Checking in to see how we were doing. Gives you a wealth of information about local restaurants, beaches, attractions and more prior to your visit. Responds immediately to questions etc. Very easy to work with. She genuinely wants her guests to have a wonderful vacation.

We had an amazing week! The listing pictures somehow do not do this place justice. The house is immaculate, cozy in the best way, and totally family-friendly. Our hosts provided everything we could have needed from beach towels to luxurious shower products to wooden skewers for s'mores. The outdoor space is gorgeous, too! We spent HOURS kayaking, fishing, floating...just an absolute blast.

The PERFECT Getaway!

The cottage was perfect for our family of five. It was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you would need for a vacation. The area is beautiful and quiet, with stores just around the corner. Being on the pond was the icing on the cake! The view is spectacular and the water is so clear. Our family made good use of the kayaks and paddle boards, and a lot of fun was had just spending time together in the backyard on the pond. We didn’t want to leave!Aruna was amazing in providing tips, info, instructions, and checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything. She is the absolute perfect host!Thanks so much for having us…we will definitely be back soon!

Great spring break

This house was the perfect home base for a few days on the Cape. We like to do lots of day trips and this house was centrally located to all parts of Cape Cod. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and my teens loved taking out the kayaks and paddle boards. Frequent communication with the host was great! Only downside for us was that the outdoor shower was not running. We understand it is the off season but that would have been nice to know ahead of time. It did not deter from our experience though, and we would recommend this house to anyone needing a getaway!

Great couples getaway

Wanted to escape mid-week with my boyfriend. The house was a perfect spot. The waterfront view was so pretty and the private hot tub in the backyard was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Close to plenty of shops and things to do but still quiet and peaceful. Host was responsive, and check-in/out was smooth. Would definitely recommend and keep in mind for future getaways.
