This was a special family vacation for my husband and I since we invited both the adult and grandchildren to stay with us. The home was beautiful and plenty spacious for the 14 of us. The rooms were clean, decorated and the view was something out of a magazine. The joy of seeing the “grands” swimming, jumping off the backyard dock and learning how to fish at this Bass River location is a memory we’ll cherish for many, many years. Lastly, a big shout out to Del Mar Properties for their excellent customer service and unwavering support in helping to make our vacation the best!

Location was great for us. Beds were very clean and comfortable and many bedrooms. Kitchen view was amazing and appliances worked well. Overall, very nice, quiet vacation home.

End of Summer Family Getaway

This house was perfect for our large group. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The basement ones had a slight musty feel but it’s hard to overcome that in basement rooms. The dehumidifier worked great and it never felt damp. Plenty of bathroom space for everyone. The kitchen was large and well-stocked…we prepared many large meals there. But by far the best part of this house is the outdoor space! Despite some slight “weathering”, the deck was great for gathering throughout the day. We had kayaks delivered from a local company and used the dock to the Bass River multiple times daily. The views were spectacular! The location is private and safe; very convenient to restaurants, beaches and stores. A perfect spot for spending quality family time

Family Vaca

The location was perfect. Very spacious with plenty of bathrooms for the 15 of us. The kitchen could be gone through and organized. We planned to eat most dinners in. A few things couldn’t be found like pot holders, spatula etc. no big deal but very simple items that are necessary. The other issue was the smell of septic outside. We called and the office was great and sent someone out right away. The septic was pumped but we could smell it all week when sitting on the deck. The other issue is the book in the house doesn’t match how things go. The trash from the previous people was there when we got there so mid summer heat means flies everywhere. We had to leave trash as well. There were 15 of us and that is a lot of trash over the course of a week. Over all we enjoyed the property just a few things could be changed.
