We booked the property, have got the confirmation from the expedia.co.uk, but didn't get the pin code for the room in the property. We try to contact the expedia, but we didn't get an answer from virtual agent. Then we tried to call to property contact number, but nobody pick up the phone, have got just an automatic answer. Later we received a call from responsible person for the property, which promise to help us with the room. We waited more then one hour but nobody helped us to solve this issue. We were so upset angry tired and disappointed with the child In the midnight left this place and tried to search somewhere to sleep. Sorry, we had so bad experience with this property. WE could not recommend this property and expedia.co.uk. WE hope that's after all we will get full refund from expedia.co.uk.
