My partner and I travel a good bit but never stayed at a place like this one. I guess I should have looked at the reviews better before booking. It has nothing you would need while there. While it may have a stove and refrigerator, there's no pots, pans, eating utensils, or coffee maker. Nothing you would normally have anywhere else. They gave us 2 towels and when we needed an extra we was told that they had none clean. Its not in a safe area. We noticed what looked to be drug activity. The room across from us had a lot of activities and they were in the halls and seemed to be having a party or get together at 4 a.m. needless to say we got no sleep. The bed was super hard, the pillows are awful and the sheets had stains. It wasn't a good experience and will not be going back there.

Trying to be fair.

To start with the positives, the rooms was clean, the bed was comfortable, AC worked and the room was quiet. The less positive items, the room feels like a dormitory. Vinyl plank floors and little artwork. No hair dryer, coffee maker, or any items to facilitate eating in the room (plates, bowls, forks, spoons, etc.) You need to bring everything. We could not get the TV to work consistently. The gal at the desk said gamers often mess with the TVs. She got it turned on, but we could not turn it off. We unplugged it to sleep, but the TV did not come back on when we plugged it in the next morning. Other guests indicated they had the same problem. The beds were very low and the toilet did not have a lid. There is very little space in the bathroom where you can set anything down, so a lid would have been helpful for clothes or towels . The sink faucet worked, but it had not been installed properly and was very loose. (Rm 128)

Mothers Day Weekend Trip visiting my family...

I was not too happy to stay at Echos. They had no towels for our room. The laundry room was full of dirty towels in bends in the staff area. The TV didn't work in the room. The toilet seat and the bathroom faucet was very loose. There was no one at the desk for several hours during my stay. The staff she was very nice when l checked in. Overall the room was nice. The bed was not to my standard sit to low on the floor. I did sleep good once l got comfortable for the 2 nights i stayed. I think the room just need maintenence repairs. This was a handicap room i stayed in.

This was a fairly new location. It was a lil noisy people walking overhead. Every one was very helpful and informative. I wish there were a few more amenities on the property. I will definitely come again.

Location was fine, and facility was clean. However, the entrance doors are a disadvantage, when loading and unloading. The carts also weren't very effective, especially when pushing with pull open doors. Waited nearly 25 minutes to greet receptionist who was away fixing a tv upstairs. Even a new employee that started that night had to wait. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Missing toilet paper holder, and lavatory sink faucet was very loose.
