The staff was beyond helpful and caring they made our stay very comfortable and were very friendly from tcheck in day to checkout day the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and modern hot water stayed hot and ac was cold yes the location has its faults but the parking lot is secure and lighted well also front door does not open unless you have a key or they buzz you in feels very safe and secure also it close to everything which is a plus will definitely be recommending and staying at this location anytime we are in Spokane

I didn’t like the location of the property, there was lot of homelessness around it. Also, I reached property around 4:30pm still the room was not ready and I was asked to wait around 25mins for the room to get ready
