I enjoyed my stay however there were 2 things I didn’t. 1) I was not aware of a $75 deposit that would be charged at check-in and when I completed my stay I received my deposit minus $10 roughly. I had to call and be told that they did that so they could get all the amenities fees that Expedia didn’t charge. But after I had them review, the gave me the money back. I get it, it was $10, but still. 2) My shower door had a glass pane that was off the tracks and I was concerned it might fall and be “my fault”, it didn’t but it was a concern. All other areas were fine.

The overall appearance was nice. We booked a last minute trip. I would have preferred more than just enough room for the bed and desk chair. We had a tragic event occur at home and asked front desk for certain items in the late evening and felt I was being mocked for asking for tissues and do not disturb sign for the door. They did graciously cancel our last night with no charge. I don’t want discourage the hotel, but felt requests could have been handled better. The bartender was great, we got the phone calls as he was putting our drinks in front of us. He understood something bad was going on with us not saying any words. I would stay again and hope situations and circumstances would provide a better stay.
