The hotel rooms are TINY and the hard flooring is super noisy. It was very clean but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed here with my family (wife, 2yr old son, dog) on a road trip. The check in was pretty slow and they seemed to have trouble locating my reservation. The room itself was ok but the AC was one of those really noisy wall units. They also forgot the crib that I had requested on my reservation so I had to go back to the front desk for that. We drive an EV so we used the charging, but it's really expensive for a really slow charge at $3 / hour. Also at least one of the chargers was broken when we were there. The day before we stayed at a hotel in Bend with $32 valet that included charging and help with our luggage and everything, so the contrast was stark.

Great easy stay, a few things different like ice buckets by the ice machine makes way more since and the microwave was in the lobby but no big deal. Pool was perfect and very clean.

Clean, employees were courteous and friendly. Convenient to downtown and other areas. Only complaint is the rooms are small with not much space to move around. Plan on spending time in the lobby area if you don’t want to sit on the bed to watch the TV.

It was very hip and young a bit too much for my taste. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was very well equipped for my needs. The only concern I had was the bed was very low and difficult for me to get out of.

Misrepresentation and rude staff

Nothing looked like the photos of the hotel that were online to get you to stay at their hotel in Spokane WA. The room with a king bed was very small and it looked like a dorm room. The walls were not sound proof at all you could hear everything in the next room and there is train tracks right next to the hotel and in the middle of the night the trains woke you up. After I checked in and saw the room I went directly downstairs and complained and wanted my money back they wouldn’t refund my 4 night stay and all they said was all the rooms are the same size. I travel a lot and will never stay in one of their hotels again especially in Spokane

Needed a safe and clean place to stay for one night, on very short notice. This hotel was perfect! Staff were friendly and helpful and addressed my concerns about the situation. My husband was there helping out friends and our friends made reservations for the wrong night at a different hotel! I had to find him a place to sleep quickly. Tru staff helped us out and he was very happy with the hotel. He said that staff were really kind and helpful, the hotel was spotless and quiet. We’ll definitely stay again and highly recommend the hotel.

The place I usually stay at in this area was not available, so I thought I would give this place a try. Poor value vs. the price per night stay. The property and building are new, that's about all it has going for it. The rooms are poorly soundproofed (I could easily hear things in neighboring rooms and outside my window). My room was very small for having a king bed. The furnishings are very basic and extremely cheap (the "desk" reminded me of my 70's era elementary school classroom in terms of size). Don't get me wrong, it's a fine place to stay. I feel, however, that the price per night stay was EASILY more than double what it was worth, in my opinion.
