The house, a perfect blend of ancient and modern, is furnished with precious materials of the ancient Salento tradition (ceramics, stone from Lecce)

The apartment consists of 2 Suites on loft, 1 large bathroom with spacious shower,1 kitchen equipped with every comfort, 1 charming living room and 1 cozy dining room.

The first Suite (double bedroom) on the mezzanine above the living room, is provided by a double bed (160x190 cm) with a headboard in antique wrought iron, placed in the middle of an intimate star vault.

The second Suite (two single beds) on the mezzanine above the dining room, has 2 mattresses (80x190 cm) ancient typical Salento (completely restructures and sterilized), placed on 2 Tatami (Japanese nets with rice leaves)

A real gem is the interior network that, acting as a hammock makes the suite more habitable and relaxing, transformed into a real Zen area.

The living room is characterized by a true balance between ancient and modern, very bright and elegant.

Modern ceiling spotlights illuminate an ancient floor from 1926 made of "cementine".

Thanks to a Smart TV Chiq 32" with Prime Video, Youtube... you can spend a relaxing evening of entertainment.

Dominating the room there are a large sofa bed and a piece of furniture with ancient elements in Lecce stone, which help to live the antiquity of the house.

The dining room is dominated by an antique circular wooden table, extendable for 6 people, ready to host entire banquets.

The bathroom is a real pearl, very bright and with a large window.
Equipped with: sink made by local potters, sanitary ware, washing machine, hairdryer, towel set, very spacious shower cabin and fully integrated into the surrounding environment.

Equipped with 2 wardrobes for your belongings.

You will find towels of different sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets and duvets.
Everything you need to make your stay perfect!

The kitchen is independent, windowed (with vasistas door) and well connected to the dining room and the private garden with outdoor dining area.

Equipped with microwave oven, various kitchen utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge 97 liters with freezer.

The private garden is a real added value, consisting of a lawn and ancient stone floor.

It has an outdoor table with chairs and seats in ancient masonry.

From a historic tile elegantly drops the water of the outdoor shower to welcome you after a day at the beach!
