Large Victorian-fully modernized

Fully modernized 8BR, 4.5 Bath Spring Lake Victorian. 2 living rooms, dining room. Large wrap around porch. Fully renovated. All new bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, 2 zone central AC. Very private property. 4 pool ane beach badges included with all rentals. 12 person maximum occupancy. No parties on property.

* South Pavilion Locker included with all rentals.

*Dogs under 20 lbs that are hypo allergenic (poodles, kerry blues, schnauzers, wheaten terriers and a few other breeds as approved by the owner) are OK with additional deposit and additional cleaning fee. Additional deposit of $500. Extra Fee of $250 per week per approved pet.

House has Cable, Wireless HSIA and TV's; 65" in main living room.

To my many repeat guests, the following improvements have been made in the last few months. New mattresses have been added in each bedroom. The 50" TV from the living room is now on the 3rd floor combination bedroom and extra living room. A new 65" TV has been added in the living room. All of the furniture from the 2nd living room has been replaced , giving better furniture and more seating space. A second recliner has been added in the Primary living room.

Smoking is not permitted in the house, on the porch or within 10 feet of the structure. I am asthmatic and am very careful on this point. House has Weber Grill with 3 burners, sear station and exterior 4th burner.

* Long Term Winter rentals are in a 7BR, 3.5 bath configuration with maximum of 8 people from October to Mid May. I place outdoor furniture in 1 of the bedrooms for the winter.

Cleaning includes Bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, laundry for 9 sets of sheets maximum and 12 sets of towels. Cleaning does not include dishes, pots, pans, grill, or cleaning of any exterior part of the house, or movement of any furniture. This must be done by guests.
