Quiet, clean and there was a restaurant inside for dinner only. Vouchers for Oscar’s cafe for breakfast. Very nice. The room has a microwave and a nice standard spacious refrigerator.! You can make your coffee and it’s cold you can warm it. Very convenient A very spacious room. Love this property which wasn’t far from the visitor center. Excellent. Love my stay

It’s a 9/10 stay. I would stay again for sure. Beautiful views and well kept property. Unfortunately no breakfast or lunch options - even just coffee and bagels would be nice, and almost no public space to hang out in if the person you’re staying with is sleeping and you want to be up and about (a few chairs in the lobby by the front desk and that’s it). Otherwise, perfect for our trip to Zion. Shuttle stops directly in front of lodge.

This property is well maintained and its location is superb! The view on the mountains from the restaurant is fantastic. The staff was nice and efficient, although the info they give me for the park bus, the passes... was completely wrong! I think they should know all of this, but apparently not!

Good location to shuttle. The rooms were spacious. You buy $8 vouchers for Oscars restaurant for breakfast, served very big portions, and were delicious. Had a broken tv in one of our rooms, but they did come fix it the next day. Now the more negative, The floors, especially in the bathroom, turned our feet black, so flip flops were worn to prevent that thru our 3 day stay.. Also the room we had stated Mountain Views but were really only visible.from outside because, the shrub in front of our window blocked them. Pretty from the back patio, but you did have to go outside to see it. Our grandson called the front desk to ask if they had an extra cot and whoever answered the phone was pretty rude to him and yelled “NO!” and hung up on him.

Our room was in the back of the property overlooking Zion and a beautiful stream. Really lovely pool and jacuzzi. Only drawback was the lack of housekeeping but when requested they brought us extra towels . We stayed three nights here.

Very cute place and the views are spectacular. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Couple of minor issues w our room (toilet/curtains) but all great outside of that. Really close to Zion and city shuttles and a number of food places.

My wife and I recently stayed here during a trip to Zion Park and thoroughly enjoyed the stays. The hotel is clean and well furnished and every room has a small patio or deck with fabulous views of the surrounding cliffs. The onsite restaurant was super convenient and has a beautiful outdoor patio with gorgeous views. The food and service were also very good. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean; bedding was good, showers work and water was hot. Nice restaurant for dinner. But reception staff were totally ignorant about the park and were apathetic to our questions/concerns. This is not what I expect from a hotel that does most of its business from people visiting the park!

Excellent room with patio and seating by the Virgin River. Only negative was the internet connection was awful. Reason given was that they were fully booked. However for the very high room rate this is not an acceptable reason and very inconvenient when calls were dropped and could not get onto internet.

Would like to see a place where you could recycle. Had a faucet that was broken in bathroom… leaky and pretty sure they had to have known. But, loves the location because it was quiet and had a bus stop there. Would stay again
