The rooms were clean and newly renovated. Breakfast was fresh every morning with some of it changing to different items for a bit of a variety. The pool and hot tubs were hot and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely everything stood out about this hotel in perfection. It was beautifully decorated, clean, The breakfast buffet was wonderfully stocked with delicious and healthy items. I definitely plan to come back to this hotel. The views are amazing and the staff are wonderful!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean however the only issue we had was that the bunk beds didn’t have a top sheet. So the guy from the front desk brought us 2 but they were damp. He said they don’t dry them totally dry to safe electricity. That was odd but he did find one that was dry in the storage area. Otherwise, breakfast was very good and the outdoor seating and pool area was excellent.

The photos need desperately updating as the property has reopened and is exceptionally nice. The location is perfect for Zion - if you want to walk around Springdale or catch the shuttle into Zion, it's at a great spot. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful with the breakfast being good, but nothing extraordinary. The views from the property are also great making it a great choice for the area.
