The room wasn’t spotless because when we walked in there was some random stuff , but we simply put it in the trash and moved it out of the way and the stay was comfortable. The shower did have a small leak coming out but it didn’t do any harm . Overall we loved it . IT WAS COMFORTABLE LIKE HOME AND WE WOULD DTAY AGAIIN THANK YOU PETTY RANCH IN

It was very clean and comfortable. But it turns out that there are no locks on the windows. We asked the manager and there are no locks on any of the windows. So don’t leave your valuables in your rooms.

Petty Ranch Inn was a fun time. Parking is easy. The hotel in newly renovated. The front desk agent let us check-in early as we came early to hike at Zion. Super clean and friendly. It is conveniently near everything!

The room was clean, the supplied amenities were nice, the bed was comfortable, and it’s in a quiet location. They’ve also been seemingly recently renovated which made the rooms a bit more on the modern side which I enjoyed. The staff was super nice and made sure I knew I could text their number at any time if I needed anything. It’s also right in the middle of Springdale surrounded by restaurants and shops, but not too far from the park entrance. Overall, it made the trip to Zion wonderful!
