Tämä vasta rakennettu järven talo on mistä lomista tehdään! Nauti ulkona suorasta pääsystä järvelle ja telakkaamme. Nauti sisäpuolella massiivisista ikkunoista, upeista huonekaluista ja makeista yksityiskohdista, jotka kuuluvat täydellisesti järven taloon. Sen 2 takana olevaa terassia on itään päin, mikä tarkoittaa, että saat nauttia sekä kauniista järvinäkökohdista että auringonnoususta joka aamu. 3-kerroksinen koti, siellä on runsaasti tilaa levittää; Useiden yhteisten tilojen ansiosta on myös runsaasti tilaa nauttia toistensa yrityksestä. Et löydä ylellisempää järven taloa Airbnb-alueelta. Varsinkin sellaisella, jolla on oma telakka & LAKE ACCESS. Tämä 5 makuuhuoneen (4 Queen-makuuhuonetta + yksi nurkka, jossa on 4 kaksoset) järvitalo kutsuu kävijät nauttimaan luonnon hiljaisuudesta upeasta 3-kerroksisesta kodista, jolla on kaikki lisäosat. Paikallisen parin vastikään rakentama - hän omistaa kalliimman rakennusyrityksen, hän johtaa tunnettua suunnitteluyritystä. Tule lomalle täydellisessä luksuksessa.

Nauti ylellisistä vuodevaatteista ja ylellisistä valkoisista pyyhkeistä kaikkialla. Asuintiloja on kaksi, toisessa kaasutakka (saatavana vieraiden käyttöön) ja molemmissa suuret älytelevisiot. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu ja sisältää kaikki uudet laitteet, kahvila-aseman ja paljon ruokia / ruokailuvälineitä suurille ryhmille. Siellä on 3 täysin yksityistä makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on huippuluokan queen-vuoteet. Päätason makuuhuone kiinnittyy omaan kylpyhuoneeseen. Kaksi muuta omaa makuuhuonetta ovat alakerrassa, ja niissä on iso Jack & Jill-kylpyhuone. Kierreportaat johtavat pääasiallisesta olohuoneesta yläkerrokseen (mikä tuntuu ylimitoitetulta parvelta). Se sisältää queen-size-makuuhuoneen, joka yhdistyy avoimeen makuuhuoneeseen, jossa on 4 erillistä vuodetta, jotka on rakennettu seiniin. Jokaisella erillisillä vuoteilla on omat verhot yksityisyyttä varten. Yhden hengen sänkyjen edessä on tilava kylpyhuone suihkulla.

The house was awesome and met all our needs. It was beautifully designed. The beds were comfortable and the spaces were very functional. The only issue was the septic was full and caused a plumbing back up. That made us limited the morning of the graduation to be inconvenienced without being able to use the bottom level bathroom. We managed it and it was great once they came out and fixed it.

This property is nice and well represented online. It was extremely clean, had beautiful views, everything in the property was well maintained, and the check in/out process is very simple. Long driveway allows for lots of parking, nice hot tub, multiple seating areas. Big kitchen.

Peaceful Oasis

The house was beautiful and has a great layout with bedrooms on each floor and a well-supplied kitchen. The hot tub was great and the view of the lake was wonderful from the deck. Would recommend!

Great stay with nice view!

The home is very nice and very roomy! The location is rural but that’s expected since it is lakefront. It’s about 25-30 min drive to points of interest or nice restaurants in downtown Bentonville or Fayetteville. I chose this location since it was central to these nice towns, Eureka Springs, and Buffalo National River area. The access to the lake is nice for kayaks or fishing. Step carefully down to boat dock, last 20 feet or so without steps is steep.The rugs and floor in half bath could use a deeper cleaning. Also the sofas and chairs in living area were not very comfortable but look appealing . Host is very quick to respond and very helpful. Overall it was a good stay.

Fantastic property but Lake access is Hard

We had 8 family members staying at the property and the house is wonderful! It is clean and all of the bedrooms were great and very comfortable with everyone close to a bathroom with more than enough bath towels for everyone. We had our 4 teenagers stay in the upstairs area and they loved it. They each had their own bunk that was roomy and had their own lights. It was a big hit! It was also great to have a hot tub to use after long days. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the wood floors throughout the entire house. The down side to this property is not being able to use the dock at all. We did not want to park a boat in it but it is completely off limits which means there is no where to place any towels or coolers and most importantly any chairs for people that don't want to get in the water but want to chat with everyone. There are not steps all the way down to the water either and the steepest part you are on grass or shore which is very rocky. Our older family members never even made it to the water because it was too steep and then there was no where for them to sit if they had made it down. The actual lake is great and in a very peaceful cove off the main lake with clean water. The location was great - we could trust our teenagers to be out there since there were no boats speeding by. If you aren't getting in the lake this house is fantastic but if you want to get in the lake and stay down by the lake then this is not the best.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We needed a lovely spot to get away from our busy schedules and this place fit the bill perfectly. Communications with the property management were seamless and we had everything we needed. The house is spacious, well-appointed and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub! The only suggestion we have is perhaps adding a patio umbrella on the deck for a little sunshade. :) We look forward to booking this property again!

Family Time!

The property is absolutely beautiful and as described! The neighborhood is small and nestled away in a quiet setting. We were in town for our daughter's graduation from U of A and we had several people staying with us. The house was perfect for our large family and the lake views were beautiful. Communication with the host was great and even though we had no issues, they were great at replying and checking in. I hightly recommend this beautiful property and we would definitely stay here again.

Easter stay

We had plenty of room to visit with our college kids and friends who couldn’t go home for Easter. The house was close enough for us to go back and forth to campus. We were also able to do all the Easter activities we normally do at home. The view is beautiful!

Wonderful, relaxing experience

We had a beautiful experience staying at the lovely Dogwood property. The location was perfect if our excursions to see the changing fall leaves. We managed to be there at peak time and the view from our upper deck was phenomenal. The property management was just a text away when we needed for minor issues and very helpful and receptive to our needs. The home was immaculate and perfect for four couples. Take note that stairs are involved both inside and outside of the property. We can’t wait to return!

Awesome Family Vacation home

The house was roomy, clean and so pretty. Beautiful lake view from every bedroom. We enjoyed the hot tub and two decks. Kitchen fully stocked. Ample pillows, towels, sheets. Although the walk down to the lake was too steep for some, the lake was enjoyed by most in our group. We would most definitely return and highly recommend!
