Cheap for a reason. Office required a cash deposit. Room was old with no upgrades. Would not recommend staying there especially if you have small kids. Bad element roaming the parking lot. My room had a hole in the floor with carpet cobering it

The staff was extraordinary. I’ve rented 10 rooms in the last month on business and this was probably the cleanest room I’ve had. I am really satisfied, checking in and checking out was so fast and easy for me even though I am disabled. They were very nice anything that I needed they had immediately.

I was assigned the room, designated non-smoking. When I entered, it reeked of cigarette smoke, and the detector was removed from the wall and atop the curtains above the window. On the dresser were a pizza box, a half-eaten can of Spaghetti-O's, a plastic container with food residue and an unopened can of Milwaukee's Best. The flapper in the toilet tank was defective, as it continue to refill itself with water. Dead bugs were found in the bathtub and sink, and the floor was uneven and creaky. The hatch to the attic was open, so I had to get up to close it to better control the temperature. There was excessive noise from other rooms and outside after hours, and the police and ambulance paid a visit to one of the other rooms prior to my departure. I can only speculate what that was about, but I have a good idea... I very rarely and randomly saw staff at the desk or on the grounds, and would not have felt safe there if I were of the opposite sex and traveling solo.

Back to basics, no frills kinda place,but works

There were business' close by, but we checked in late and out at check out time. No, real time to check out shops. Parking was fine, someone had our parking spot, but someone else probably had theirs. This is an older property and I assumed privately owned, so there were areas of obvious repairs. As with most of these units at any such motel, the repairman doesn't seem to take much pride in the looks of their work. This tends to make the rooms less clean looking than they really are. We felt it was clean enough for what it was. We are on a fixed income,so I try to pick the most reasonably priced rooms without getting dumps. I have picked out a few of those in our travels, pictures don't tell the whole truth. It's a no frills place. If you want the lap of luxury then keep on drivin' and pay out the big bucks! But, if you just need to catch a few Z's and Tv it's fine.
