AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. DEB is AWESOME!

The customer service was amazing Deb who I spoke to prior to my arrival was great. Then I arrived and she was still there and AMAZING. I don’t know the name of the second shift gal but she was friendly also. Place is in a convenient area lots of shopping and restaurants. The room itself, was ok for what I needed and considering the price sufficed. Would stay here again for a quick in and out.

Room was clean except for the bathroom exhaust fan. Furniture was very worn, scratched up. Looked very old. Mattress was very soft. Breakfast on Friday had no protein. Saturday there were eggs, sausage, and potatoes as well as biscuits and gravy. We had stayed here before and returned but will be looking for another place to stay when in town next time.

This hotel requires some upgrades. The couch in the room had a lot stains and looked dirty. The blankets were thin and of poor quality. The AC in the room is so cheap that it doesn’t have thermostat. Which means it continues to blow hot air constantly. You choices are wither to suffocate, if you leave it on, or to freeze, if you turn it off. The management should invest some money in this property

Decent for what we needed

Nice hotel. We booked through hotels.com and check in took FOEVER. Way too long to find all 10 of our rooms and reservations. Other than that we had plenty of room for our group of teenagers to hang out.
