- Please note that there are animals on-site, including free-range ducks, geese, pigs, and live bees. Coyotes are also active in the area. Children and pets should be supervised at all times
- The groundskeeper has a workshop on-site, and may be present during your stay
- There is another bookable vacation rental on-site; other travelers may be present during your stay
- Access to the fire pit and wood stove is prohibited during the summer and dry season due to fire safety concerns
- Due to steep terrain and dense brush, Kelly Creek access is unavailable
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is in front of the workshop looking toward the road. Camera 2 is on the barn, facing the animals. Camera 3 is behind the workshop, facing the property exterior. Camera 4 is located on top of the guest suite, facing the main entrance and driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
