The bed was clean there was hair in the tub and on toilet. The cloth chair was real dirty and the room smelled like urine. They do allow pets so maybe that is why. However for the price and the small amount of time in in the room it was doable.

The only problem we had with the property is it was below 0 out and the heat wasnt turned on in our room so it was 50 degrees in the room and after 3 hours with heat on 84 it was only up to 60, by the time we went to bed it was up to 65 and by the time we got up it was finally 72 in our room
