No Quality Inn

They ended up giving us a refund because they had to send us to 4 rooms, the first room a lady that didnt even look like she worked there said the room wasnt ready she hadnt cleaned it yet, the second room the door handle was falling off and the door wouldnt open, the third room had broken furniture, ac didnt work, no tv, stain on the sheet you could tell the sheets hadnt been washed, dirty bathtub, the last room was considered a suite it also had dbroken furniture we couldnt get towels to shower, and there was literally no blanket on the bed just sheets and when i woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom i found roaches. We went to Springfield because my mom was in the hospital and not doing well at all so we were looking for a hotel not for vacationbut because of an emergency. It was so bad that we went to Ziggies for breakfast A) because of the bugs and B) because their idea of continental breakfast was a bread a toaster and a stick of butter opened and on the counter. The puctires below are from the rhird room where there were stains on one bed and a nasty bathtub.

I truly cannot explain how bad of a hotel experience this was. I’m just going to list off everything that was wrong. 1. The smell of the hotel itself and room were disgusting. 2. STAINS. Literally everything everywhere had stains. White towels were black with stains, red stains on sheets, floor stains, anywhere there could be a stain there was. 3. Everytime I left my hotel room I had to have the front desk fix my key to because my key would stop working to my room? 4. NO HOT WATER. Cold showers only at this hotel, and this is not saying the shower was cooler than normal, there was legitimately no hot water. 5. Fire alarm was chirping the entire weekend. I went to the front desk 3 times to get it fixed and it never was, so sleeping was minimal. 6. Front desk staff was truly unhelpful. 7. The “included breakfast” is apples, dry cereal (no milk), and bread, oh and a waffle maker with no waffle batter lol. I normally only review places if I’m going to give a positive review because I don’t like talking negatively about others businesses or bringing business down, but this place seriously needs to be shut down. My skin has been itchy since staying here as well, so I’m hoping that stops soon. So please please if you see this review please do not stay at this hotel, I know it’s cheap but there are a million cheap hotels that are the Ritz Carlton compared to this place.

It was literally the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in. Stains on bed cover, sheets, pillows, pillow cases, towels, and floor. Asked for new linen and was given move stained items. No tissues, no trash cans, half a roll of TP. Spend the extra $5-$10 and stay somewhere else.

This place is a total dump. The front desk service was incompetent. I was initially given a room that was still being renovated. When I tried to open the door it was opened from the inside by worker that had a paint roller in his hand. I went back to the front desk and was given another that was in total disarray and not ready to be occupied. I went back again to the front desk and, by this time, I was already angry but still composed. I requested that my reservation be cancelled and demanded that charges to my credit card be voided. The "woman" behind the desk was rude. She even insulted me when she responded with a remark questioning my comprehension of the English language. My whole experience with this business was a disaster. I would not recommend it to anyone at all.

This place should be shut down. Horrible. Dirty, smells, worse place I ve stayed ever. Breakfast was old, chairs in table, opened strawberry used cream cheese without lid, no coffee, look at pictures. Terrible. I would really like my money back. One towel for 2 people. A joke.

Horrible service . They said my room was given to someone else . Forced me to go to another room and I paid separately but upon the seeing a dirty filthy room with roaches we left. They refused a refund for both Travelocity charges and my credit card charges. I’m asking for help from Travelocity to get my refunds.

UNPROFFESSIOBAL AND RUDE

Staff was rude. Anytkme we left we was rudely asked if we had a room there. The room number, whos name the room was in. Didnt look like they worked there. They lived there and said they was getting rid of the RIF RAF. Wouldnt give them rnumber or name because we not putting ourselves at risk. A hour later the desk clerk came running at us asking same questions was rude and wouldnt lwy me go to my room. It said breakfast went to lobby. Desk clerk screaming at the employess in front of guests for deveral minutes and then firing the staff in front of guests. They had a box of cereal out warm milk not enough for cereal. WE ASKED WHERE BOWLS CUPS,Sugar creamer was AND SAID WE DONR HAVE ANY CUPS BOWLS CREAMER SUGAR. ASKED FOR COFFEE FOR THE MAKER IN ROOM SAIID WE DONT HAVE ANY AND THEY DONT WORK. THEY WAS VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL NO NAME TAGS OR ANYTHING SHOWING THWY WORKED THERE. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. ALL UOUNG ADULTS TEENAGERS RUNNING AROUND ASKIBG FOR ROOM NUMBERS AND INFI THAT WORRIED US WE MIGHT BE ROBBED. MADE MY ANZIETY TO CAUSE ME TO HO TO EMERGENCY ROOM.

The staff here are awful. Paid for room but they had no rooms available. They put me in a room with no phone, a cable went under the door into the hall to another room. No batteries in the remote the included breakfast is not available, only 1 light worked but the best part was the 2 am police knocking on the door because front desk staff said I messed with the cable that went under the door. Police were not happy about this call. Expedia got a full refund and people should never book this hotel.

Hotel very run down, no amenities, towels and sheets are stained, people fighting in hallway, will never go back, only good thing was the desk clerk, i felt terrible for her, she was doing best she could with the crap she had to work with, shame on owners!!!

Absolutely the most disgusting place I've ever stayed...not a single part of the hotel room not covered in stains, burns holes in the comforter, no pillow cases, stained pillows, sheets, bedding, chairs, carpet, etc. Nonstop traffic from 7pm when i checked in until 530am when i checked out. I added multiple layers including sweatpants and a hoodie to sleep in so they i wouldnt have to have skin to skin contact with the bedding. If i owned this hotel, i would shut down for 6 months, fire everyone, and start over. Quite literally the worst place I've ever stayed in 36 years

My room was stained everywhere. Cigarette burns in the sheets, and bed bugs. I dod NOT stay. Asked for a refund. I have never seen a room this horrific.

The property was falsely advertised on the website. There was no amenities that was advertised. They put us in a room that already had someone in it, after we went back and talked to the front desk they put us in a another room. That room had not been cleaned there was old left over soap with hair on it, there was stains all over the bed that looked to be possibly blood. There was a smell in the room what could only be described as feces. Once we went back to the front desk again we asked for a refund and the attendant got belligerent and refused. We left the property. We have since found out that what we were told was the price was not the case and have been billed 2 different amounts, neither of which was what we were told.

The front desk was amazing. Thought she was putting me in a better room but surprised us all. There was food in the mattress (cuz I always check the ENTIRE bed for bed bugs NO MATTER where I stay before bringing anything in) and there was beads and crumbs on the mattress so I slept on the floor. I DO HAVE PHOTOS. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling WITH NO BATTERY. So then about 1am I think a bird is in the room all the way until I woke up woke up about 5am and it was the smoke alarm with no battery that going off that sounded like a bird. Very very VERY awful experience.
The pool was out of service. No cable TV. No breakfast. This is the mattress
The fire alarm... Y'all got a do better . I actually love this place
