Last stop before winding up into Arthur's Pass. Under an hour from Christchurch and the international airport, this rural setting is the perfect place to explore the Southern Alps, Canterbury Plains and West Coast. Fully double glazed with log burner and heat pump, you'll be curling up warm on the sofa or lazing over the sunset on the deck after a hard days travel or mountain activities. Russel up a meal in the modern fully equipped kitchen.
This family friendly home overlooks the Springfield Domain with the world famous doughnut and kid's play area giving plenty of space to run or kick a ball around in safety.
Two light-filled, double rooms and a extra length bed in the single room, with additional mattresses available, sleeping up to 6. The separate bathroom features both shower and bath with solar power ensuring you never run out of hot water. The lawned front garden is private and secure for pets and kids. Outdoor seating front and back for those evening BBQs. Plenty of off-road parking and secure garage for bikes and climbing gear. There's a washing machine with plenty of drying space, and dishwasher.
