The property is safe and quiet. The surrounding is clean with a beautiful view of the mountains, palm and coconut trees. The pool area has a nice tropical vibe with a magnificent view. The communication with the owner needs improvement. For example: after making our security deposit we received our receipt however, we did not hear from the owner until the day before our trip and after making several calls to orbitz in order for them to contact the owner. That experience was concerning and a bit worrisome for us. The security guards at the entrance do a good job however, their need to be improvement with their communication between them and the owner of the villa. The villa that we stayed at was nice. However, the owner will benefit from doing a little maintenance touch up in and around the villa. For example, one of the chair on the porch is broken. Overall the location and the beauty of the property is very beautiful and peaceful.

It’s your own place , so it’s private. Our house was right across from the pool and workout area, so very convenient. Security on site so definitely feel safe. You do need transportation if you do decide to stay at the villas. Communication was available 24/7 if you needed any assistance. Would recommend and come to this property again , as this is my second time staying at Richmond Hill Estate Villas !!

So when we arrived at the gate after a long day of traveling, the security at the gate told us the property was occupied. We reached out to the owner only to be cursed out by him and hung up on. After a long back and forth, we got a call from the booking agent who told us she double booked and then redirected us to a different property. The owner was extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional. We didnt stay at this property so in a nutshell, the experience was horrible! We will never book with them again.

I appreciate the location, cleanness of the villa, in a gated community with all the necessary amenities on the property, but if you leave the property only a few miles down the road you have several local shops eateries and the beauty of being in Jamaica

Getting in and out of the property was always difficult with the guards and took a long time. An alternate system that is less time consuming needs to be utilized. The smart house system needs to be serviced. Some of the systems did not work consistently, including the lights, fans, air conditioning units (even when the doors were closed) and TVs (which would randomly go off when watching.

The communication and instructions for this property need a major overhaul. I never stayed at or even the property due to the lack of communication. I would advise Expedia to discontinue doing business with properties and owners like this. Especially outside of the USA.

I loved everything about this property. It was not off of the main road ((having a car is better)), so its quiet. If you see anyone, they are friendly and nice. I will definitely be staying here again. Extra bonuses is having access to the pool and gym. Theres a pool table and a ping pong table. I would recommend to famailies.
