Little Sea View - House with gated beach access

Little Sea View is a light and airy home by the sea with a lovely boutique feel. Built in 2010, we have beautifully furnished it throughout, providing spacious accommodation for up to six adults.

Arranged across two levels, the open-plan ground floor consists of a spacious living room containing two large sofas and modern rocking chair. The flat screen TV gives you access to all UK Freeview channels as well as Netflix for those days when you don’t want to go out. If you prefer, you can choose from numerous board games, books or DVDs to relax and unwind. The modern kitchen includes an oven, cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, everything you need for the perfect dinner party with friends. Enjoy a leisurely meal with friends in the dining area, comfortably sitting up to six people.

The upper level has three bedrooms, the biggest of these being the master bedroom. This has an ensuite with walk-in shower, queen size bed, built in wardrobes and chest of drawers. USB charging sockets are provided on each side of the bed.

The second bedroom contains a king size bed and plenty of storage space. USB charging sockets are provided on both sides of the bed. Bedroom three has a set of bunk beds for little people; or those slightly bigger but with a sense of fun.

The garden has recently had a face lift and provides comfortable seating for six people around the fire pit. Outside lighting makes it the perfect space for entertaining after dark.

At the front of the house we have a bench where you can sit and watch the world go by. With views of the sea towards Gribbin Head lighthouse, you might even catch sight of the occasional tall ship making its way into Charlestown harbour.
