In the house: central heating system. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop, grocery 250 m, supermarket 10 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, bakery 250 m, café 200 m, pub garden 250 m, bus stop "Mevagissey" 400 m, railway station "St Austell" 10 km, sandy beach 250 m. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, indoor tennis centre, sports centre 600 m, walking paths from the house 250 m, children's playground 600 m. Nearby attractions: Lost Gardens of Heligan 4 km, Eden Project 14 km, Charlestown Historic Harbour 10 km, Caerhayes Castle and beach 11 km, St Mawes Castle 29 km, Lanhydrock House & Garden 25 km.
