Good value for the money.

Good value for the money. Hotel was clean, Front desk afternoon shift (guy whose name started with I) was great. Contiential breakfast was sufficient. Great location if you want to visit BOTH Zion National Park and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. As with any hotel in this class, I always recommend you bring slippers for walking on the carpet and conditioner for your hair.

Don’t bother.

Bleak, bare, just a box with a bed. Breakfast was crap. Make your own waffle, no pastry. No fruit. No eggs. No meat

No handles in the shower, no bath mats, and it’s very slippery. Both kids fell in the shower. AC was loud and noisy the first night, could barely sleep from the noise. It gave out the second day. They switched us rooms after a few failed attempts at fixing the AC. Overall needs a renovation, accommodations are tired and old looking. Breakfast was ok, worth about 3 stars. Will not be back to this property.

Dirty socks from previous people, someone’s contact lens just sitting on the counter, hair clip from previous people. Makes you wonder just how well the room was cleaned off they’re missing obvious things like that.
