The room was old and run down. The sink did not drain, one light did not work, thfloor looked like they were mopped with dirty water. The tub looked like the mat was never raken out to clean it and the corners of the bathroom were fill of dirt. The room was on the highway side and it sounded like we were sleeping in the breakdown lane. The breakfadt area was dirty and the coffee terrible. I would highly recommend you stay somewhere else.

Really great hotel but…

This hotel was just what we needed after 15 hours of driving to get home. The hotel was super clean, updated, comfortable, and smelled nice. The breakfast was just the typical hotel breakfast (which was all that advertised, so no disappointment there). We went across the street to Dunkin Donuts instead. The only problem was due to getting charged twice. Once through hotels.com and once by the hotel itself. The hotels.com charge I was expecting but the hotel itself I wasn’t. When I asked at the desk why we needed to swipe the card at check in when I already put all information into the site, the desk lady said it was only a hold and would be canceled. This would have been ok if it had happened quicker. Three days later and now we are having to wait 7-10 business days for a refund from the hotel itself. I wonder if I hadn’t brought it up if anyone would’ve noticed or we would’ve been stuck paying double.

I stopped overnight just as a break from driving. The property was pretty uncomfortable overall. There's a restaurant/bar next door that had several cops outside and people yelling in the parking lot. When I checked in, they were adament about not smoking and the $250 fine. The first room I had smelled like a chain smoker lived there. I will say the front desk girl was extremely apologetic and moved me quickly. The next room seemed better, but the sheets were dirty and covered in crumbs or something. It was very loud on the property and the door was not secure. I wouldnt recommend that a woman travel here alone. I was very anxious and didn't sleep.
