Very clean, quiet and nice. I was very pleased. A very classy room at an affordable price. Bed was comfortable. Room was big and spacious. Only a small complaint-I arrived after dark and there is no exterior lighting at all. It was difficult to see to unload my vehicle and bring my suitcase, etc. into the room. And I drove past the location twice as the sign was not visible from the street.

There were only two pillows, and it would have been nice to have four. Bring your toiletries and tissues since they are not provided. There was also an extra $30 charge that I don't know what was for since we had to take the garbage out and no cleaning during the stay.

It was a new way to check in, but we ended up liking it. The staff was veryresponsive. The room was great. Felt secluded from the busy world. Nice and quiet and clean.

We went to Zion National park to celebrate my bday . And at the very last minute I found a room available at Hurricane Hideaway lodging . We were very please with the location. Very quiet , rooms are clean and updated . About 17 miles from Zion park but it worth the savings . I would stay here again . At night you can easily missed the entrance , I think some light to highlight the entrance would be nice . Overall very satisfied. Thank you !

Could be a positive experience.

I booked 2 rooms but were told that we could pay separately at check in. Both rooms were charged to my card before we checked in. The room my sister stayed in was new and very nice, and clean. The room we stayed in was old and rather dirty. Just wish there wasn’t such a difference in rooms, and yet at the same price! Check in was easy and convenient.

I am not a fan of virtual checkin and lack of on-site staff. It would be ok if one were able to get an immediate response by phone but in our case, we did not. The facilities are very nice. The housekeeping is excellent!

Driveway is a bit dark and easy to miss at night. We punched our code in the door for effortless arrival. We left with the sunrise. Location was perfect for our trip to the Grand Canyon. I was a bit nervous, the door code was texted at check in time on the day of arrival. Overall an excellent experience.

Nice self contained lodging which was used as a base to explore the main section of Zion NP, comfortable bed, could have used some kitchenware (plates, cutlery) but otherwise good
