Really great hotel except for lumpy beds

The staff was great, the hotel was new and clean, and the pool was clean. The location had easy access to I-15, Slap Tank Brewery (one of our favorite Utah restaurants) was across the parking lot and Cracker Barrel was a short walk away. Everything else is just a short drive back towards town. They had a nice breakfast and used real dinnerware instead of paper and plastic. Our only real complaint was the uncomfortable lumpy beds. We had four rooms and that was everyone's first comment. We also wish they had a few umbrellas by the pool. Overall, it was a good experience and would have been a great one if not for the beds.

Everything was great and met our expectations. The only complaint is that we couldn't use the EV charging station. The front office did mention it was first-come, first-served, but upon checking in at 7:00 PM, both spots were occupied by the same Teslas until the next morning at 9:00 AM. It's not fair that the front office is not monitoring, and there should be a limit of 4-5 hrs of charging.
