"Les Petit Oiseaux" is a 2,707 sq ft luxury home located at The Ledges of St. George. This spacious residence offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it ideal for accommodating both single and multi-family groups. The house is well-appointed with numerous upgrades, including radiant floor heating and a charging station for electric vehicles.

The interior features flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, ensuring a high level of comfort and convenience. The open and welcoming floorplan creates an inviting atmosphere, with bedrooms designed to provide a quiet and private retreat. Outdoor amenities at "Les Petit Oiseaux" include an outdoor gas grill, a covered back patio, and a private backyard, enhancing the overall experience of the residence.

Situated in The Ledges of St. George, this home is a perfect destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home!

We loved our stay! We love the location of the ledges and this property is a single home which gives you more privacy. It's away from busy streets so it's quiet. The floor plan is super open and is spacious, new and clean!

This place was amazing. To start off the host was very friendly and responsive to the few questions we had. Neighborhood was exceptionally well kept and surrounded by beautiful red mountains. The home was immaculate. Very clean ! Plenty of supplies, dishes, sandwich bags, etc. Can’t say enough about it. Definitely will be back and highly recommend to anyone who will be staying in the area.

Amazing property!

This home is gorgeous and every detail was thought out. From the well appointed kitchen to the pool towels provided, everything you needed was there. We loved the home and the location and the property manager was accessible and so nice.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked; we didn’t find one item not readily available. It was also very comfortable. All beds, couches, amenities, lighting were exceptional! Access was easy and the property management was easy to access and incredibly helpful.

St. George Perfection

Les Petit Oiseaux is a luxurious home away from home. The devil is in the details and every detail is exceptionally addressed in this rental. Comfort, serenity, amenity, location... Les Petit Oiseaux is a perfect oasis for exploring southern Utah.
