Poikkeuksellinen Northwoodsin tunnelma odottaa sinua tässä uudessa 2 makuuhuoneen kodissa, jossa on kaasutakka. Huoneessa on queen, 2 erillistä vuodetta, kylpyamme ja saunakeittiö.

Pine Haven tarjoaa 11 järvenranta-mökkiä St Germain WI: ssä, joka sijaitsee täydellisesti Little St Germain -järven länsi-lahden rannalla. Upea ranta, leikkipaikka, opaspalvelut, jääkalastus, online-lumiraportit ja paljon muuta.

Kaikissa mökeissä on valmiit kiipeilymahdollisuudet, täysin varustetut keittiöt, ulkotulen kaivokset (polttopuut mukaan lukien!), oma telakka ja rivivene (vuokraamme myös moottoreita!), ja Weber-grillit BBQ-nautintoa varten.

Talletuspolitiikka

Talletus tulee tehdä heti, kun teet varauksen.
Yhden yön vuokra-talletus vaaditaan päivittäisiin vuokria varten.
Tasapaino vuokra on maksettava sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä.
Varaukset 1. syyskuuta - 31. toukokuuta välisenä aikana:
25% talletus vaaditaan viikoittaisia varauksia varten tai yhden yön talletus maksetaan päivittäisistä varauksista. Jos peruutusilmoitukset ovat yli 30 päivää ennen saapumista, palautamme talletuksesi vähintään 25 dollarin palvelumaksun. Peruutukset, jotka on tehty alle 30 päivää aikaisemmin, saavat talletuspalautuksen, josta on vähennetty palvelumaksu, jos voimme vuokrata yksikön tai veneen uudelleen samoihin päivämääriin ja hintoihin. Sinun saldosi on maksettava ja maksettava saavuttaessa.
Varaukset kesäkuun 1. - 31. elokuuta välisenä aikana:

Sisäänkirjautumisaika on klo 15.00; Lähtöaika on kesäkaudella klo 8.00.
Kevät, syksy ja talvi check out on klo 10.00. Aikaisemmin saapuvat tai myöhäiset lähdöt voidaan joskus järjestää.
Luottokorttia tiedostossa voidaan käyttää vahinkojen tallettamiseen / liialliseen siivousmaksuun, joka ei saa ylittää 1000 dollaria. 00 jokaiselle majoitusyksikölle ja toinen 1000 dollaria. 00 veneen tai vesiskootterin vuokrausta varten. Varauksen haltija on vastuussa majoitusyksikkönsä (ja / tai veneen / vesikulkuneuvon vuokrauksesta) kuntoon lähtöä.  Vuokraaja hyväksyy kaikki vastuu- ja fyysiset vahingot itselleen tai muille aiheutuvat kustannukset veneen, moottorin, mökin tai kodin vuokrauksen aikana tämän varauksen aikana. Vuokraajien lukumäärä ei ylitä Party-kokoa.
Lisähenkilöistä veloitetaan 15,00 dollaria per yö tai 75 dollaria. 00 viikossa
Kaikki hinnat ovat 10% valtion ja paikallisen veron alaisia.
Jotkut yksiköt ovat lemmikkieläinystävällisiä 100 dollarin maksu per lemmikki aikana tiettyinä aikoina vuodesta. Tarkista meiltä lisätietoja lemmikkieläimistä. Jos tuo lemmikkisi ilman kertoa meille siitä ja löydämme sen, 100 dollarin lemmikkimaksun lisäksi veloitetaan vähintään 50 dollarin rangaistus.

Hillerin Pine Haven
Kun ajaa läpi St. Germain mistä tahansa suunnasta, etsi Paton Roadia. Patonin tie menee vain yhteen suuntaan. Seuraa Patonin tietä aina Hillerin Pine Havenin lomakeskuksen loppuun asti.
Tämä mökki sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Little Saint Germain Lake. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Beautiful views!

My husband & I brought our 1yo, 3yo & pup and really enjoyed our stay!! Beds were decent, plenty of linens and really enjoyed coffee in the morning with a great view! Could use a few more amenities for the price, but overall had a great vacation!

Enjoy the area cabin was nice cozy, small but functional. Minor complaint would be the coffee maker from the 90’s K- cup would be nice, overall enjoyed the short stay thank you staff!

Summer vacation

Property was well maintained on a popular lake. Great beach area with plenty of amenities. Management was accommodating and accessible. Price was high for size of cabin, but it was a high demand time of year, and who can put a price on good memories

The staff was communicative with us when the cabin we rented had septic issues before we arrived. They switched us and helped with extra blankets and worked with us on questions that we had.

Clean cabins, but a couple of them are like on a sink hole because half of the cabin is on a big slope. #9 is nicely updated, but have complained that log bedframe in queen room takes up all of the room so hard to move around and dresser in closet and hard to get to along with taking up storage space. Beautiful view and nice deck. Decent sized 2 bedroom otherwise. Raised price ridiculously high and had to pay because we had no time to find a new resort that wasn't way overpriced. Company trying to monopolize area.

Landscaper lady is on the unpleasant side...and leaf blowing three times a week is totally unnecessary. Also, neighbor got bed bugs...we saw one. It seems like that should have been addressed immediately.

Hiller's Pine Haven Cottage 9 Offseason Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed a week before Memorial Day weekend for 3 nights. The view from cabin 9 does not disappoint and it's location is spectacular. The inside of the cabin was very clean. The decor of the cabin was fun and inviting. However, we were disappointed that our pier was not in the water and our gas fireplace did not work. We reported both of these to staff more than once but nothing was done about it. We also wanted to rent a pontoon for 1/2 day but was told it had to be 2 day minimum. Keep in mind that it's the off-season and there were 4-5 unused pontoons in the office parking lot, as well as multiple pontoons in the water. Also the weather was not ideal.

Reviewer Comments: talked with folks in the office 4 times to have wooden bed frame of one of the twin beds in the cabin replaced with a standard bedframr as the wooden one is not handicap accesible for my mother in law. I was told once that if they were not able to do it they would call me so we coild figure out an alternative solution. Never got a call. I called again the day before arrival..told again they didn't know and would call down to the people in the resort. No phone call back again and upon arrival it was not done. Not adhering to this modest request is against persons with disabilities act. She then had to sleep in the chair the entire week because she could not pull herself up off of the futon either.Secondly the wooden bedframe in the queen room takes up all of the square footage and is very difficult to walk around and having the dresser in the closet takes up more there is literally no storage room in the bedroom.

Very disappointed

We thought that this was a whole cabin but it was a duplex. The place was not that clean, there were cobwebs and mold. The swimming doc was also not out and we called them to put it out and they said they would but never did. The door was unlocked when we got there. You had to clean up and do the dishes before you left which is not a problem at all. The place is not worth it for the money you spend a night. You can find such nicer ones around. There was a place across the lake that looked super nice. The nice thing about this place is the boats you can use but the fishing boats are not fishing boats and the beach is not even a beach. You also share all the boats and kayaks with the whole resort. There was supposed to be a paddle boat but that was never there either. There was no volleyball court because there was no net. You also share the docs with other people which is awkward.

Great cottage stay in the Northwoods

We had a great stay up north. Plenty of deer and beautiful scenery. The cottage is in a complex, and it's in a duplex, so it wasn't very secluded. But pretty good location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to Hiller’s fot almost 20 years and each trip has never disappointed. The accommodations, location and staff are great! The cabins are just as they are pictured. You have a beautiful view of the lake and nothing beats hearing the loons! Fishing, boating , swimming & relaxing at your pleasure. St Germain and the surrounding towns offer lots to do. Flea markets, biking ,hiking, be sure to visit the supper clubs (Blink Bonnie’s), have fun eating experience at Paul Bunyuns, catch a lumberjack show or go to the zoo! And ice cream at Cathy’s!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th visit to Hiller’s. Everything is perfect. Cottages are clean, we love the fireplace and the flexibility of checking in. Hosts are very helpful and called to check on Ilya while we were there after a snowstorm!
