Clean room and very comfortable and the staff were efficient and helpful, but a few more smiles would not go amiss. Breakfast was very good and constantly being topped up, and if you require anything out of the ordinary they were happy to oblige. The restaurant food was excellent. We would be happy to come back again.

The hotel is lovely , clean well presented and handy for walking into town. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The restaurant did not have a very appealing menu for a gluten free choice and hence we ate elsewhere. My only downside was that some of the staff were not very friendly which is a shame because everything else was very good.

Check in was quick, reception and staircase lovely. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Only negative comment would be that the windows were filthy on the outside, badly needing cleaned. Our room was at the front if the hotel, road busy at peak times but plenty crossings. Great location for bars/restaurants and bus station. Hotel had a lovely pool with loungers/seating area. Breakfast was buffet but always hot and extensive choice.

Clean room but a bit dated. Breakfast very good. Very limited offer of food in the evening. Only the a la carte menu. The light bite menu could only be eaten as room service. Some of the staff could not be bothered to help
