Radiating elegance and style with stunning sea views, Porthminster Mews is a reverse level holiday home set over two floors with two beautifully presented ensuite bedrooms, two private decked courtyards and Juliet balconies. Located just behind Porthminster Beach and a short walk away from the centre of St Ives, with its opulent feel, perfect location, and on-site parking for one car right on your doorstep, you can explore all that St Ives has to offer from the great restaurants to the beautiful beaches.
The living area is situated on the first floor and includes two-seater sofas, footstools, a flat screen TV, elegant coffee table and great selection of books to keep the whole family entertained. The striking sea views over Porthminster Beach are enhanced by the Juliet balcony giving Porthminster Mews a real home from home vibe.
The sleek white, black and chrome kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cater for your holiday. There is an induction hob, integral electric single oven, built-in microwave, an under counter fridge/freezer, built-in dishwasher and Nespresso De'Longhi coffee machine.
There is also a wonderful breakfast bar, perfect for lazy day breakfasts and a cheeky Bucks Fizz.
The dining table comfortably seats up to four guests and is perfect for family dinners or for that special celebration.
A washing machine is located under the stairs on the ground floor.
Located on the ground floor the master bedroom is modern with a boutique hotel vibe and benefits from Juliet balcony with wonderful sea views. The bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed, ample storage, small dressing table with flat screen TV and a large ensuite shower room.
The second bedroom is also on the ground floor and offers flexibility with twin beds that can be linked to form a king size bed upon request. It has ample storage, small dressing table with a wall mounted flat screen TV and a large en suite shower room
Both ensuite bathrooms are located on the ground floor and have large walk-in showers, WC, wash basin, and heated towel rails.
There is also an additional cloakroom on the ground floor.
The enclosed, private decked courtyards are a fabulous addition. These areas are a great space for alfresco dining with a rattan dining set on one of the decking areas, perfect in the summer months, making this holiday home a great choice for entertaining family and friends.
