Just a 5-minute drive from Cruz Bay, Castaways Villa offers a convenient yet tranquil retreat with spectacular views of Chocolate Hole Bay. This spacious two-story townhome provides the perfect island escape and includes kayaks for exploring the calm bay waters, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. 🌴



The Space:

Upon entering the townhome, you’ll find most of the living space conveniently located on the ground floor. To the left down the entry hallway is a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. To the right, the heart of the home features an open-concept layout with a well-appointed kitchen and dining area, a half bath, and a comfortable living room with a Smart TV and basic cable. Ten-foot ceilings and large glass doors opening to the patio create a bright and airy space—perfect for relaxing or cooking together. You can open the doors to enjoy the beach views and soothing sounds of the ocean, or close them and turn on the AC to cool down after a sunny day.



Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms. The first features two queen beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony with seating. Across the hall, offering a bit more privacy, is the Deluxe King Suite, which features its own balcony with breathtaking ocean views. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, basic cable, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and beautifully appointed en-suite bathrooms. 🌴

Check-In Process

BOOKVI typically arranges a personal greeter to meet you at the villa for check-in. They will provide a brief tour of the property, answer any villa-related questions, and share helpful island insights to help you get settled.



Check-in arrangements are based on your arrival time, party size, and familiarity with the villa. Guests who have stayed with us previously or are familiar with St. John may request a self or virtual check-in, which can be arranged upon approval. 🌴



The Neighborhood:

This location is a true gem, with beach access just 50 yards from your back porch. Close to town yet serene and peaceful, you can enjoy morning walks along the shore collecting beautiful shells, take an evening dip in the calm waters, or spend the day paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling right in the bay. 🌴



Getting Around:

BOOKVI highly recommends renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle to comfortably navigate the terrain on St. John. We are happy to provide a list of trusted local rental companies, and we also have a few villa vehicles available for guests when available.

If you prefer not to drive, we are also happy to arrange taxi service during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

All guests will receive a rental contract for signature outlining the terms and conditions of the stay. Once your flights are booked, please provide your flight information so we can help coordinate a smooth arrival and transfer from the airport on St. Thomas.



We are happy to assist with arranging private airport transportation, taxi service, boat charters, private chefs, and spa services. You can also expect a few helpful emails from our team to assist with your vacation planning.
