Another wonderful stay

Another wonderful stay. Everything from the service to the comfort was excellent. Only one tiny tip for the hotel - it would be nice to have a cover for your coffee in the room. We wake and leave so early for our flight. So we make a coffee to go in the room. With no cover, it’s difficult not to spill while handling bags etc.

The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our question. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable.The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options. The hotel's front desk staff was very receptive and gave us a large room.

Room and amenities were great - clean, comfortable. However, very disappointed with the pool and gym facilities. The pool deck was dirty with globs of human hair and several used Band-Aids discarded around indicating that the area had not be cleaned recently. We spent 3 hours there and no staff came through during that time and only a few hotel guests. Furthermore, the water in the pool, water slide and hot tub was cloudy and the handrail on the main steps to the pool in the shallow end was completely broken from the floor. I have stayed here many times, but not recently and was disappointed that the hotel cleanliness was not where it use to be.
