Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check that all faucets are turned off and water is not running in the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, or exterior pipes.
Turn off all air conditioning units, lights, and fans.
Close all windows and lock doors. Leave the key to the front entrance in the front door and use the keyless entryway downstairs to exit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property was wonderful and had amazing views. We completely felt at home and our stay was great. The host was so gracious and kept in contact with us for anything we needed throughout out stay.
