The location is in downtown St. John's, very close to harbour. The breakfast is not so great, just muffin and croissant plus yogurts and fruit.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. For the price we paid I thought breakfast could have been much better than muffins, oatmeal, some fruit, and granola bars.

Location - excellent, staff - friendly and very helpful, lovely breakfast room. Room 302 was extremely dark but comfortable. 2 bath towels for 2 people is inadequate if one of them has long hair. Managed to get a 3rd towel for second night but it disappeared for night 3.

The location is excellent with many good restaurants within walking distance. The room was comfortable and attractive. The mattress was too firm for me but there were lots of pillows to make it more comfortable. I liked having free parking and breakfast. I’d like to see more protein added to the breakfast, even peanut butter or cheese packets. I appreciated the fresh fruit. I would stay there again.

I liked that it was right downtown. They were repairing the windows while we were there and the smell of the caulking was overpowering. They didn’t have another room so we slept with the windows open and asked for extra blankets.
