Basic essentials provided. Bring personal essentials strongly recommend. The basement limited area for laundry use only. NO Virtual Currency Mining.
Each night includes $15 energy bill. Electric : 0.15 per kWh Gas : 0.50 per ccf To prevent additional charge please be mindful proper utility usage.
