The Balcony door did not lock. Requested housekeeping and never cleaned the room. Said under new management, should put a sign at the lobby saying housekeeping is limited etc. Do not disregard a request when a someone tells fron desk in person. The property smelled of marijuana and ppl arguing outside could be heard on the 6th floor. Do

The room is nice and clean. The front desk staff was very kind to give us a better room with less smell after we moved from the first room that had a strong smoke odor. He takes good care of us!

Used to be a really nice hotel. It’s definitely not worth the prices that they’re charging now but maintenance in the room is poor and housekeeping is very minimal. The elevator works when it wants to do as well.

It was my 3rd time staying at this hotel in the past 2 months. It felt like a totally different hotel than the previous 2 times. Not sure if will be staying there again. I didn't like the changes.
