Importantly clean: sheets, bathroom, carpet. Comfortable bed. The bathtub faucet did constantly leak water but I could live with that ok as there was still nice hot showers. Plenty of close parking but when the temps froze there were lots of ice including on sidewalks right at the doors that weren't taken care of making it difficult getting in/out to the car. Overall great value for price, would stay again.

STAY Away

The place is disgusting. Got the key to the room, and the smell of smoke hit us immediately. Went right back to the counter for a new room. We were told they didn’t have another room with a king bed. She also said she could not refund me, because I booked online. I asked to be upgraded and she said no. She magically found another room with a king bed. This one still stunk, but not as bad. The place is dingy and dirty. Bathrooms have no fans, marks all over the walls, pillows dirty, etc. as we woke up in the morning, we were greeted with the nice smell of a cigarette burning somewhere near our room.. room was set at 74 when we walked in, and we turned it down to 68. After 15 hours the room was down to 73. Place needs to be condemned. There are 4 more hotels in the area, choose one of those.

Very friendly staff, room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and nice choices. My only complaint would be the ice machines not working. But that was okay, the sodas were nice and cold out of the machines.

Bed super comfy, and it was quiet. I slept great! Room was the right temperature to sleep. Water was nice and hot and good water pressure for showering. Staff was nice, decent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

Good property considering it is in Fenton

This was a nice hotel for the price. It's been around a while and recently changed brands and they did a nice job cleaning it up. It was comfortable and the room was clean and odour free. The exterior of the property could certainly use some work with regard to landscaping. Some restaurants are close by, but the area isn't particularly walkable. This was a business trip and I was able to work in the room without issue and it was conveniently located off the interstate.
