The room was comfortable. The night staff was not very friendly, but the morning staff on check out was nicer. We missed not having a mini fridge for water and tea, but we made lemonade out of lemons. For the love of God, someone please remove the crackerjack sticker from the lamp base on the side of the bed.

I tried checking in, with my husband who had only 30 minutes before been released from hospital after having massive heart surgery. The women would NOT allow us to even check in, but they were quick to bill my card. I was able to make contact with my bank immediately, and made the clerk let my bank know they were not allowing us to check in. I was refunded my money almost instantly, only to have the motel turn around and by the time I was 30 miles away from the hotel- bill my card again. This all happened over a week ago, and my funds have still NOT been released back to me. I am disgusted by there "service"!
