No parking, area looks unsafe and a lot of people roaming around that do not seem to be guests but maybe relatives from workers. Strong Marijuana smell as well. Room was not stocked with hand wash and no tissue paper. Positives, they have security officers

We stayed here for a concert at the Enterprise Center. Not a bad location. Rooms where clean.

I fully prepaid my stay at this hotel. When I tapped my credit card for the $100 incidental charge the card didn’t work (same card worked at 4 other hotels this trip). I tried a couple more times. The receptionist attitude was basically that I cannot be checked in and I had to resolve the card issue with my bank. I tried the Apple Pay and it worked - same credit card. My point is I fully prepaid over $500 for this stay and the dismissive and unhelpful attitude I received was just not on. I’m sure a compromise could have been reached if I hadn’t got my card working - which again has been accepted without exception everywhere else I have used on this trip.

The hotel was not easily found They was working on different roads. When I first got into my room, it smelled like pee and cigarettes and weed. I was disgusted. The front desk clerk kindly move me to another room quickly. It was much better with the smell, but the toilet did not flush when you needed to flush. The breakfast was perfect despite everything else.
