When we got there at 1 am to check in I had to wait for someone to let me in even though I called as I was parking to ensure someone was there. She seemed annoyed and hardly said a word. We then go up to our room and all of the bedding is rolled up on the bed/dirty. I go back down and no apology or anything. She just tosses me more keys and says "go down two doors". I continued to run into rude people and people who made me feel I was bothering the for just being there. Only exception being the woman who works during the day. I won't be staying again next time in town. I was very disappointed for what was provided service wide vs how much paid.

Room was okay. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was not stocked and we went down two different times. Parking was horrible. We were not told it was an additional $55 to park with valet they parked your vehicle in a garage a block over. The only other option was to park on the street and pay at the meter.

I arrived at the hotel, which I had stayed at just last month in December with the same card I used in December and was turned away. they said they didn't accept the card I use which is a chime card. So I lost $230.00 because I didn't get the insurance because I had stayed there before and didn't have any problems and I had made the reservation on the same day as my check in

Upon my arrival at the hotel, the staff was very courteous and welcoming. However, once I reached my room, I discovered that the toilet was not flushing. I took some time to settle in and unwind before contacting guest services, who promptly addressed the issue by relocating me to another room. After getting settled into the second room, I decided to rest. When I woke up, I noticed several bug bites. I immediately took a hot shower and inspected the room for bedbugs but initially did not find any. I then lay back down to watch television, at which point I noticed a bug near the pillow. Upon closer inspection, I confirmed it was a bedbug and contacted guest services again. They apologized for the inconvenience and moved me to a third room. Overall, while the rooms were somewhat small, they were cozy. The food was acceptable—neither bad nor exceptional.

Room was very clean. The staff were very nice. It was very interesting that you have energy efficiency lighting, but the windows leak cold air horribly. And the building is unmarked, to people that are not from the area coming in the dark it just looked like another building.
