The Holiday Villas II condo complex offers a secure elevator and a large heated swimming pool. The pool area has bathrooms and a shower/rinse station. There are new (2020) HE washing machines in the coin laundry room on the same floor. There is charcoal and a gas grill for your use as well. The sugary sand beaches of Indian Shores are well maintained and depending on the time of year you may see a sea turtle nest or Skimmer bird colony.
