I was pleasantly surprised after booking Chart House last minute! It’s really conveniently located, has a beautiful view of the marina from the rooms, I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub (so nice to have the outside shower and restroom at the pool!), and I received a very friendly welcome at check-in. The room was spotless, spacious (huge bathroom too), and modern. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable so I was able to have a great night’s sleep. The parking garage is really convenient, but I actually ended up walking to restaurants and the beach because of how conveniently the hotel is located. Chart House is a hidden gem at a great price. I will absolutely stay here again next time I come to Clearwater Beach.

The staff was warm and inviting. The room had a beautiful view of the marina. (Under construction at the time with the hurricane rebuild) The room was nice and new. We've had more comfortable beds and less comfortable beds. The location and value of this hotel are what sold us. Everything within walking distance. Peir 60, the beach, shops, and of course the restaurants. (Which theirs just opened prior to our stay.) Parking across the street. No breakfast at the time of our stay but coming very soon. I'd stay here again.

I'm from south korea.I recently stayed at the Chart House Clearwater Beach Marina Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest strengths — it sits right by the marina with beautiful views of the water, and it is just a short walk to Clearwater Beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony where I could enjoy the sunset and watch boats passing by. The bed was very comfortable, and the room amenities were well-maintained, making the stay relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they provided useful recommendations for nearby places to visit and dine. The pool area was also a highlight — peaceful and well-kept, perfect for unwinding during the afternoon. The attached Chart House restaurant offered excellent dining with a great waterfront atmosphere, especially in the evening. Many things stood out… Coming into the area where you check out just the whole ambience and the schematics was really nice. The staff person at the desk made us feel welcomed and was helpful. The room was clean and just the whole layout. It really look nice and welcoming as well. It was nice having a heated pool because we were down in a chilly week with the wind blowing, and the hot tub was an extra bonus and nice to sit in. Not the hotel‘s fault you can’t control the sun. We needed more sunshine on the pool, but it was nice to sit around and Enjoy our time. The kitchen in the Jimmy’s island bar was not functioning, but we heard it was getting fixed so the next time we come down to stay, we will try it out. We do plan to come down next year
