Overall good place lots of pools and things to do. We just had trouble with our air breaking down and first time was fixed quickly but then 2 days later it went out and took them 3 trips to front desk and 4 hours later for maintenance guy to come then we had to change rooms. Waiting in person to come transfer our stuff never showed up so we had to take all of our stuff across the complex to the new room. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice. Our first room for very small for 3 people. Check-in was great . Overall cool place for the minor problems

Did not like anything extremely dissatisfied Expedia contact me asap . Horrible noisy room never cleaned had to call several times for towels toilet paper etc not the view paid for . Charged my credit card 700$ for security hold with out asking hidden parking resort fees not ever mentioned . Only allowed one beach chair rude staff ask to extend check out and was told I had to pay $50 woken up every morning with construction noise . Absolutely horrendous. Elevators stuck a few times so much more to much to list will never stay again refund me asap

Great location! Great staff and amenities! This is our second stay with them. Only knock is the rooms are a little dated and seem to have a certain odor. Probably due to hurricane damage. All in all its always a great time!

We were charged for an umbrella and then it was taken away within 30 minutes. The sheets and blanket had holes in them. When I told the front desk about umbrella issue the young man did not care. I would think twice before a revisit.

The staff was amazing throughout the property. Reagan who works at the pool for breakfast as a server is efficient and very nice. Grounds of the property were kept clean every day in the morning when I would walk through the hallway someone was always cleaning. When you check in when you arrive, you get a glass of Prosecco upon arrival. What an awesome stay!

I didnt like the fact that I booked a make your own jewelry session and that morning I received a text saying it was canceled because I was the only one that booked it. These sessions should not be offered in the middle of the day....they should be offered in the late morning before anyone starts their day. The parking fee plus the amenity fees were crazy... i saw people parking their cars just to go to the beach...and they didnt have the parking pass. The website made the resort more than it is. I dont think we will stay here again.
