In the commune of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, in the heart of the Alpilles mountains, we offer you this charming, renovated, air-conditioned 250 m² house in a former winery, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 65 m² living room, fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden. Wifi (fiber optic) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 65 m² living room with sofa and TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Separate WC.
- Utility room.

1st floor:
- Master bedroom: queen-size bed (160×200) opening onto a 13m² terrace with private bathroom (shower and bath) and WC.
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and WC.
- A small lounge where you can discuss your travel memories over coffee or tea. From this lounge, you have access to the upper terrace with a breathtaking view of the Alpilles.

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be moved closer together.
- Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be pushed together.
- A bathroom with shower, shared by both bedrooms.
- Separate WC.
- Relaxation area with table and chairs.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- Jacuzzi for 5 people, available from April to October (subject to favorable weather conditions).
- A private heated swimming pool (4.25 x 2.35 and 1.50 m), available from May 1 to September 30.
- A 320 m² enclosed garden.
- A 24 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A pizza oven is available. All you need to light it is provided on site.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you can benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Numerous visits: Avignon, Arles, Nimes, Aix en Provence, Marseille, Les Baux-de-Provence, Glanum and Saint Remy...
- Horseback riding in the Alpilles.
- Golf at Baux-de-Provence and Maussane-les-Alpilles.
- Hiking in the Alpilles regional park, Romanin gliding club (glider plane) facing the Alpilles massif.
- Avignon and Salon Eyguieres flying clubs.
- Fishing on the lake.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's covered garage (1 space) and private parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Avignon station, 25km away (approx. 40 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Marseille airport 66km away (approx. 52 minutes by car).

Magnifique corps de ferme

Bonne expérience dans les Alpilles avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la chaine, au calme et loin des nuisances sonores. Une petite semaine de réveillon pour nous en famille et amis avec une pièce à vivre d'exception (ancienne cave voutée en pierre) et une maison accueillante, décorée Indo-Asie et pleine d'experience de voyage du propriétaire. Séjour reposant mais petit bémol sur le chauffage d'appoint du séjour car en hiver les 18° permanent, c'est bien mais pas suffisant...néanmoins un poêle est en construction et ceci devrait tout arranger. Dans tous les cas, je suis certain que pour l'été, c'est plutôt un avantage. Jacuzzi et four à bois extérieur que nous n'avons pas utilisés mais certainement très pratiques...amenez vos raquettes de tennis car le terrain est sompteux. Endroit à recommander.
