The whole family will have plenty of space to spread out and relax thanks to the three spacious bedrooms, living area, and porches with beautiful views.


All bedrooms are outfitted with luxurious linens to ensure a sound sleep every night. The large closets offer plenty of space for your things, and smart TVs in the king and queen bedrooms offer entertainment from the comfort of your bed!

The bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms and all linens are provided for your stay.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
If you love to cook, you’ll be very pleased with our well-stocked kitchen. It has all the items you need for cooking during your stay.

There is seating for eight at the dining table and an additional table on the porch that seats 6.

The kitchen and dining room flow effortlessly into the living room for easy: entertaining with plenty of seating for a group; games for all to play; local reading material; and a large smart tv to enjoy your favorite shows or a movie night.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoying the beautiful marsh and ocean views, live oaks, and Spanish moss akin to St Simons scenery is as easy as stepping out onto one of the many porches in this home. All porches make the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

Guests will have private access to the whole house, including the outdoor space. You will be sent a key code for our lock before check-in. Digital keypads are on every exterior door and the garage for easy access to the home.

Ample parking is available to guests. We have two separate parking pads- one at the front that has space for two cars and one in the back for an additional 2 cars.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood near to East Beach with direct access to the Olive St. Public Beach Access (200 yards from the front door to the sand!) Everything the island has to offer is just a quick walk or bike ride away - making it the perfect property for visitors of all ages.

We have some neighbors who are permanent residents, so we ask that you please be respectful and keep outdoor noise to a conversational level after 9 pm. If we receive noise complaints after 9 pm you will be charged a fee.
