Oh my goodness this hotel is a gem! It’s situated in Magens Point, in the mountains and offers amazing views and the most beautiful sunsets. There is so much plant life, seating areas and much more around the property. It’s also a cat sanctuary, they love their animals. There’s a wonderful pool, restaurant and coffee shop on site. If you’re arriving without a car be prepared for long wait times for cabs but I managed for 4 days and did my best to fit in with the locals :) Great “budget” hotel. Caribbean feel. I would stay here again! Can’t wait to be back.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a lovely setting and our room was well appointed and clean. The food was great and we had dinner there twice. The cats are a welcome addition to the staff which were pleasant and helpful. The only negatives were the two bedroom is not 2 separate bedrooms, it’s an open air bedroom with an additional open loft bedroom. The bar waters the drinks, we had one round of birthday shots that were likely half and half. Still recommend and would go back.

Staff friendly and excellent. Property in declining condition. Moldy bath areas ceiling with holes poorly kept up areas. No room service of any kind. Most of facilities are not available. Only bright spot was restaurant facilities not run by resort

Room was not ready. Sent to another room. Reported a/c not working 1st day. Never repaired 5 days later after reporting daily. Smudges on night stands top and fronts. Ms. Barbra (cleaning lady) went above and beyond to make the cleanliness right. She also provided a curtain for the open window in shower. No light bulb in side lamp, other lamp did not work. No warning for electric outages. Had to race to make lunch during intermittent outages. No pool lights. Very poor lighting up and down stairs and walk way to pool and around and in pool. Poor lady’s at the front desk. Their air has been out as well. Hot tub not working and covered in debris. Dilapidated fountain that runs into pool not working. Pretty setting, quaint rooms, kind staff, great coffee shop.

Was placed in the wrong unit the first night. Then I had to wait on my room the 2nd night. The power goes off 3 to 4 times daily as their generators overheat and shut down. Terrible experience

Highly recommend Flamboyan

Great location, well-equipped room with kitchenette, nice air conditioning, shower water pressure good, beautiful views, two swimming pools with towels included, peaceful, close to Magen's Bay, parking included. Would suggest renting a car to access this location on the north of St. Thomas. Would return - highly recommend.

I loved the conveniences on the property - restaurant, coffee spot, 2 pools, hot tub... The two bedroom suite was perfect for me and a friend. I am a cat lover so the cat sanctuary of Flamboyan was a delight. Proximity to Magen's Bay is a big plus for me (I prefer the northside of St. Thomas)

This property is for a one night stay only if that. The property needs a major rehaul. The rooms are very old. No gym area as noted in the review pictures. I checked out the same next day and rebooked at another hotel.

Very cute tucked away. Front desk ladies were very nice. The restaurant and service were great. There are a lot of cats my daughter who is studying to be a vet loved that and she noticed that they are well take care of. If you are a cat person this is not the place for you. In addition the out furniture is full of cat fur so be aware of that. We loved the coffee shop. Plus, the scenery and views were breathtaking.
