Peace of Mind Villa on uusi nykyaikainen 6 makuuhuoneen huvila, joka sijaitsee Red Hookin alueella. Minuutin upeista ravintoloista ja rannoista. Tämä ilmastoiduissa huviloissa on vehreiden maisemapuutarhojen ympäröimä jäähdytyskaupan tuulet ja upeat merinäkymät. Viimeistin kunnostuksen 15. maaliskuuta 2019.

Kävele Atlantin valtamerelle maisemoidun trooppisen puutarhan polun läpi ja nauti yksityisistä auringonlaskuista lasillisen viiniä (tai auringonlaskua) tai vain istu maalaismainen "jooga" -alueelle, joka on leikattu päärakennuksen alapuolelle. Huvilan alapuolella olevalla rantaviivalla on valtavia kiviä, jotka voivat tutkia, kiivetä ja istua katsomaan kaunista sinistä merta. Menetät Azure sininen merinäköala!
Tämä 2-kerroksinen huvila sijaitsee rehevän Emeraldin rinteessä, ja siinä on sähköinen turvaportti ja yksityinen ajotieltä, jossa on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa 3-4 ajoneuvolle. Sisäänkäynti aulassa johtaa käsityönä ja hyvin varustetulle keittiömestarille.
Keittiö on rakennettu, jotta kaikki vieraat voivat roikkua ja osallistua ruoanlaittoon, vaikka heillä on edelleen merinäköala.

Ruokailutilassa on samat upeat näkymät merelle, josta on suora pääsy äärettömään uima-altaaseen ja yläkerrokseen. Olohuone / mediatila on pois päähuoneesta, jossa on lautasen verkko, ja kahdesta 6 makuuhuoneesta sijaitsee myös tässä pääkerroksessa.

Makuuhuoneessa pääkerroksessa on king-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone suihkukaapilla. Viereinen toimisto on muutettu pieneksi makuuhuoneeksi, jossa on queen-vuode. Mestarilla on kaksinkertaiset liukulasiovet, jotka avautuvat yksityiselle oleskelualueelle, jossa on pöytä ja lepotuolit. Toisen makuuhuoneen pääkerroksessa on queen-size-vuode ja kylpyhuone.

Alemmalla tasolla on vielä 3 queen-huonetta, joista yksi on "perhesviitti", joka yhdistää pieneen "lasten" huoneeseen, jossa on parivuode. On katettu kannella, joka kulkee huvilan pituuden. Kaksi makuuhuonetta jakaa kylpyhuoneen. Kuudes queen-makuuhuone pääsee alemman kuoren ulottuvilta ja sijaitsee pesula-alueen lähellä. 6. makuuhuoneen vastapäätä on suuri oleskelualue, jossa on viereinen portaikko, joka johtaa sinut takaisin äärettömään uima-altaaseen ja pääkerrokseen. Jokaisessa 6 makuuhuoneessa on oma ilma ja tv.

Kansi, jossa on lepotuoleja, ympäröi kaunista ääretön uima-allasta, joka kattaa St Johnin ja Britannian Neitsytsaaret. Tässä savuttomassa talossa on myös automaattinen generaattori, WEBER-kaasugrilli ja täysi koti Lynksys Velop Mesh -järjestelmä, joka pitää sinut yhteydessä saaren parhaaseen WiFi-yhteyteen.

Kiitospäivä- ja joulukuun loma-aikoina huvila vuokraa täydessä käyttöasteessa riippumatta siitä, kuinka monta makuuhuonetta käytetään. Kiitospäivä, joulu ja uudenvuoden päivämäärät edellyttävät vähintään 10 päivän varauksia.

One of the best properties we've stayed in

This home is spectacular. The views from the lanai and the pool are amazing. It entertains a large group so well. And it's perfectly equipped. Lisa is one of the best VRBO hosts we've worked with. Just can't recommend this property enough. The neighborhood isn't upscale but the property sure is!

Everything was perfect. The house is stocked with everything you need for a relaxing island vacation. The layout is spacious and very comfortable (we were 9 adults). Amazing in every way

Just returned from a fabulous stay at Peace of Mind. We were 6 couples and we had more than enough room. The villa was beautiful, clean, well stocked, comfortable, and we didn’t want for ANYTHING!! Our host was incredible. Always available for any question and provided helpful tips and information about the villa and the island. We loved every minute of our stay and would stay again in a minute!

PERFECT!

Wow, what a nice place. This was a family vacation, 13 adults and 2 children and the home was laid out really nice as to the accommodations. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, utensils, spices etc. All beds were very comfy as well.Lisa, the manager of the home was very nice, friendly and helpful and made our stay comfortable and informed. The pool was great with the many inflatables and a shallow end for the little ones and plenty of tables, (outdoors and indoors) for us to have our meals all together. You will definitely need a car to get you around. The driving is on the left side of the road but the speed limits is 35 mph so that made it easy. This place is highly recommended especially if you need a relaxing vaca. It couldn't have been better.

Beautiful property. Great for families. Well stocked kitchen and all amenities a family needs. The only negative about the property is the road getting to the property. It is very rough with holes in the road. It was hard to navigate and the pit holes. Need a four wheel drive vehicle to drive to the property. Our family would definitely return.

Family had a wonderful stay. The house was fantastic, and lots of good beaches with a short drive. Property has everything you could need. While we didn't really use it much the pool was awesome. We'll be back.

Great accommodations. Even better views

First off, the pictures do not do this villa enough justice. The views are spectacular. The house was spacious enough for our family of 11, but also provided the openness to enjoy meals and family bonding time as well. The accommodations were top notch. All of your needs were anticipated. Cookware, dinnerware, pool activities, board games, extra toiletries, laundry necessities. We were able to reach the property manager with ease and the communication was consistent and efficient. I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend friends and family.

Great property

House was perfect for our large group. Plenty of space. Kitchen was awesome and had everything if you like to cook. Views were amazing. Clean and had everything you needed. Host was helpful and responsive. Neighborhood was iffy but we always felt safe. Though i wished i could take a walk, which we couldn’t. Parking was tough but typical i think for the island.

Our stay was wonderful! The property is up the hill on 2 acres looking out towards Thatch Key, with the described 100 steps down. I think the online description of 110 steps to the water may give some the impression that the water is accessible, it absolutely is not. Otherwise though it is an incredibly special spot and the house holds a crowd well. We were grandparents, two sets of grown children with our 4 grandchildren ages 4,6, 13 & 15, as well as our adult daughter. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was very well equipped. The flora and fauna surround the house and pool- it is lovely.

Breathtaking Views & Best of the Best Hosts!

We come from a “tropical” climate - Florida, USA, so we’re blessed to enjoy a little paradise of our own. But this place truly does capture what paradise should feel like!!! The pool was so serene, the photos do not do it justice!!! The home is fully equipped to enjoy space to spread out if traveling with a large party (we had 10 of us - so a little “away” time from each other was possible if we needed it!). The home was immaculate inside & out and beautifully decorated but not overdone so much that it felt uninviting! The property manager/host point of contact, Lisa was absolutely amazing from booking to post-vacation communication & THAT is what made the difference for me! Majority of us have never travelled outside of the US mainland, so there were plenty of questions & inquiries made to ensure we weren’t missing anything to think about! Lisa was timely in her responses to us as well as providing additional info in case we needed it! After our stay, she remained in contact for some last minute things that arose upon check-out & truly left us with a warm feeling to book with them again in the future without hesitation!!! If you’re looking for a spacious property to relax, unwind & enjoy the time of your life on St. Thomas - look no further than Peace of Mind Villa! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

A "Wow" property and home!

Extended family vacation of 13 people and everyone walked in and said "Wow"! From the views of the ocean, the pool overlooking it, the gorgeous home and decor... all perfection! Could not have done it without the property manager, Lisa. She was in constant communication with us from day 1 recommending places to eat, activities, and handling anything we needed! One of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had!

This house gets a 10+ over the years we’ve used several different houses and this by far is the best layed out when thinking about the rooms. The views are amazing, love the pool and the walk down the stairs to the ocean. We have stunning pics over looking the ocean. Thank you to Lisa, you are a top of the line host, we could not have ask for better. You made sure we had everything we needed plus more.You checked on us and made us feel very welcome. Beautiful home+great host= one of a kind vacation.

Great for multi-generational get-togethers

We had a set of grandparents and three families of four in the villa. All enjoyed the villa and the experience. The children played in the pool. A large set of pool toys, floats, etc were put to good use. The stairs down to the seaside were great-good for exercise with a secluded area for rest at the base. The views from the villa are fantastic with multiple outside areas to sit and read in private. The kitchen was well stocked and supplied with everything we needed to prepare meals. The villa is close to Redhook so access to St John was easy. Sapphire beach is ten minutes away. Fifteen minutes from grocery stores. Lisa, the manager, was accessible and helpful with all things. Would highly recommend this location and its management when visiting the Virgin Islands.

An amazing place!

Stunning home for our family vacation

We had just the best time in St Thomas staying at Peace of mind Villa! It is such a gorgeous house with every amenity you would need! We loved having the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and towels to use. The house is breath taking and feels like you’re in a spa right when you walk in. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of space for all of our family to come together. One of our favorite things was having our tea and coffee on the pool deck looking out at the view! Lisa the property manager was also amazing helping us with any questions we had about the islands and helping us get all checked in. Overall great experience and would highly recommend booking this property!

Family vaca in paradise

We were a family party of 13 people ranging in age from 2-82, and the home was a perfect fit. There was room for all with enough space for all to be together and have privacy. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of sun, allowing for down days at the home overlooking paradise. Every detail was thought of, and our host was very responsive with any questions or needs. Lisa went above and beyond to help make this once in a lifetime trip with family a great success.

View was amazing

Our family absolutely loved the house. The view and outdoor space is absolutely amazing! It is also centrally located so to visit all the beaches, restaurants and local attractions was within 10 or 15 minutes. The property manager, Lisa, was so helpful prior to our arrival. We were able to arrange groceries, boating day, dinner reservations etc all before we got there. I would highly recommend this house.

LOVED EVERY MOMENT

We had the time of our lives at this property. Lisa was attentive to all of our needs. Our stay in st Thomas wouldn’t be what it was if not for this villa and Lisa. It looks even better than the pictures!! Felt like a dream. All the recommendations with a chef taxi and the grocery shopping was also very helpful! And was so great!! Outstanding Villa

Ok. Don’t let the drive up fool you. The driveway is a bit rough, but it did not bother us at all. The views are breathtaking. The house was clean and the pool was perfect for our family. We normally stay at upscale resorts but this was even better. Located only 10 minutes from Red Hook which is where we spent most our time for dinners, nightlife and groceries. 25 minutes to Charlotte Amalie which is the cruise ship port and much larger city. Close proximity of best beaches. We even cooked out at the house one night on the huge grill. It sleeps 17 but there were only 8 of us so there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. All of the amenities are supplied - cooking utensils, soap, shampoo, beach bags, towels and double washer and dryers! I didn’t want to write a review at first because I didn’t want to let the secret out on this gem so it would be available for us to use yearly!
