We've stayed in similar hotels before and this was a huge disappointment. The entire hotel stinks, the airco was broken in the first floor, the breakfast was really very limited and the staff could barely handle things.

Spacious room with two queen size beds was very helpful for our quick stay after the busy day of driving from Massachusetts to NYC. The large, well-lit parking area was very useful for our leaving our U-haul truck overnight. The continental breakfast could of been a little better with any kind of yogurt and cream cheese.

First, room was dirty. Complained to the front desk and did nothing. Booked 2 queen bed and got a double bed. Front desk sorry because they were fully booked. Following day we went out for event and came back around 10 pm and our room was not cleaned. So, I’m giving them 0 or 1 rating.

The room was very nice and everything worked, but getting to the room was an adventure. The elevators are not on the ground floor—you have to go up 12 steps to get to them. So when we filled up a cart with all of our luggage, we then had to take a manually operated, narrow, very clumsy ADA elevator from the ground floor to the "first" floor, and then take the elevator up to our room. Renovations are in progress, so I hope one of the things scheduled for replacement is this ridiculous elevator situation.

The whole place smelled like pot. The elevator floor numbers displayed in the elevator did not match the floor numbers. Our bathroom was dirty. The one plus is the beds seemed clean and that was my number 1 requirement

This property is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Expedia should be ashamed of having this on the site! They have 2 elevators but only 1 works and not well. It always says 6th floor. There are no floor indicators when you get out of the elevator. Many people were complaining. Room was in serious need of main. Pipes sticking out of walls. Stains and cracks on walls. Bathroom sink was loose as was the tub faucet. You had to hold handle of router down for 15 seconds before it flushes. Much of the property reeks of marijuana. I could go on and on.

Water utility is terrible. Fauset and shower head do not work properly. The door to the room was not able to closed tightly. The building structure is too old and ill designed. I will not stay here next time.

Awful from start to finish. Check in was a disaster, room keys wouldn't work. Room was dirty and tired. Shower had almost zero pressure. Breakfast was a disaster with only powdered eggs available. AVOID.
